Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Product Condition All items are custom printed on demand and shipped as new.
Eligible Returns Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item was incorrectly printed or the wrong item was sent
Return Shipping Return shipping for all eligible items is free — we cover the cost.
Refunds & Replacements Approved returns will receive either a full refund to the original payment method or a free replacement — your choice.
How to Request a Return Email us at awakenwithinapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
We will respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days. We'll send the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
