We want you to love everything you receive from Awaken Within Apparel. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of damage, odors, or signs of use
- In original packaging where applicable
To initiate a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions, including any applicable shipping details, will be provided within 2–3 business days.
Print-on-Demand Items
Because many of our apparel and accessory items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse on these items. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Items marked as final sale
- Crystals and candles that have been used
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is covered by us for eligible returns (damaged, defective, or wrong item). For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
