Orders & Shipping

How long does an order take?

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time is separate from processing and varies by product, fulfillment partner, destination, and shipping method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I track my order?

Tracking information is emailed when your shipment has been dispatched and tracking details are available. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to show updates.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to selected international destinations where shipping is available at checkout. Options, rates, and delivery estimates vary. Customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Will all items in my order arrive together?

Not always. Products may be fulfilled by different production and shipping partners, so items from one order can arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

Return and exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are also eligible regardless of condition. Read our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable. For an eligible issue, we will provide a full refund or free replacement.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

No. Return shipping is free for eligible returns. Please contact us and wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

How long does it take to hear back about a return?

We respond to return requests within 3–5 business days with next steps and instructions.

How do I choose the right size?
