Return & Refund Policy
At Awaken Within Apparel, we want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at awakenwithinapparel@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items Because each item is custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
